Donations to Healthy Rural California

Healthy Rural California, Inc. seeks to raise $350,000 by July 1, 2024. These funds are needed to support the first year of our new Psychiatry Residency. Funds are needed to pay the residents’ salaries and benefits as well as the required staff for accreditation of this residency. Teaching Health Center funds from the federal government are not available to us in 2024. Healthy Rural California is a 501(c)3 non-profit, which can provide individuals with tax benefits.

Please contact Kristy Bird MaKieve, CEO, at kmakieve@healthyruralca.org today to discuss your donation.

With gratitude to North Valley Community Foundation, HealthNet, the VA of Northern California and participants at our 2024 Golf for More Docs tournament for helping us reach $290,000 raised. This web page was updated on May 20, 2024.
