Project ECHO
Healthy Rural California is proud to launch Project ECHO in Fall, 2023. Project ECHO (Extension for Community Health Outcomes) is an innovative tele-mentoring program developed at the University of New Mexico, designed to bring together learners, healthcare providers, and subject matter experts in an “all-teach, all-learn” environment.
Project ECHO has been recognized globally as an engine for change and improvement of health care outcomes, especially in rural and under resourced areas.
Future topics for Healthy Rural California’s Project ECHO may include: Opioid Use Disorder, Palliative Care, Trauma-Informed Care, and more.
