Welcome to the inaugural year of our Family Medicine Residency program in Chico, California! Accredited by the ACGME and proudly affiliated with UC Davis, our residency offers a comprehensive, full-spectrum training in family medicine. Our primary site Enloe Health is the premier regional medical center providing high quality, patient-centered care. Our clinic partner, North Valley Indian Health, is well-known for their commitment to the tribal communities and underserved populations in our region. Our program also provides unique opportunities for rural and international electives, preparing physicians with the skills to work in any setting. We are driven by the belief that all people deserve access to high quality medical care.

The community support for our residency has been tremendous as our area suffered significant losses in access to medical care after the Camp Fire. We are excited for the impact this program will have on bringing physicians to the community and grateful to Healthy Rural California for their vision and sponsorship. We look forward to our first class of residents and know you will also enjoy calling Chico your home!
