Healthy NorCal Project

Healthy Rural California connects patients with local resources in Butte, Glenn, Shasta, Tehama, Siskiyou, and Colusa counties. Local resources include food security, housing, transportation, utility services, and interpersonal safety. 

Healthy Rural California has compiled a list of resources focused in those five categories for each county. To locate a resource you may need, please refer to our directory by clicking the county you are in.
